Anyone know how to contact Vodaphone regarding a phone-TV-internet package contract I wish to cancel? They said I had two weeks to cancel...but they do not reply, no one on the phone can help, nor does the representative who signed me up answer his messages. We have All-in-One deal with KPN and wish to keep it. Vodaphone is simply smelling of entrapment.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.
