Jeff Rense

Some people (Jeff Rense himself) call him an "American Treasure".

Others (such as his 9th ex-wife) call him a psychopath.

This isn't a case of the truth being somewhere in between. If the world's biggest alternative news aggregation website is owned and run by a psychopath - which is what my own investigation has convinced me is the case - it surely has profound implications.

There are a lot of large organisations(and countries for that matter) which are run by psychopaths.
One would have thought that has even more profound implications.
There was a documentary (I think it might have been called Corporate Psychopaths) exploring why there are so many people in high-flying postions of authority and power who show traits of being psychos.

Psychopathic behaviour - lacking in empathy and remorse - is pretty much the default setting of the modern world.

It is so pervasive that we rarely notice it unless it is extreme. Increasing our ability to recognise and avoid psychopaths is beneficial.

There's an excellent video series by Thomas Sheridan on youtube called Labyrinth of The Psychopath.

Anyone who can try so much to convince us of thier moral superiority when at the same time making immoral despicable decisions that go against anybodys decent values has psychopathic traits.
Take a look a the republican pres. candidates.
They're all claiming to be god fearing folk aren't they.
Still - if people are dumb enough to continue trusting them .....
They don't even look like real people.

The hypocrisy is appalling isnt it?
I only watch the news when I feel like catching up on the daily propaganda.
I even gotten a dislike for the news readers - they are not stupid so they must be fully aware of the BS script they are reading out.
When will one of them just refuse to read out what isn't much different than fckin lies?

It's now coming up to seven months since I watched TV news or listened to BBC radio 4. I went cold turkey.

However, this exposure of Rense, primarily by Henry Makow, who gave Rense's ex-wife (pseudonymously) "Megan" a public platform, shows that large parts of the "alternative" media are unreliable too.

An update. I made a couple of posts on an already-started thread on the message board at abovetopsecret.com.

The thread was entitled "Jeff Rense Henry Makow Dust Up". It's still in the google cache.

But the thread itself has been removed.

This prick has the brass neck to declare that "His
(Makow's) unspeakably vile actions (which consist of writing articles on his own website) seek but one solitary goal - to attempt to deprive millions of their basic human right to news and information as we at rense.com select, edit and present it...and to force his own agenda-driven manipulations on the public."

This - from the owner of possibly the biggest alternative news aggregation site on the internet - is insane.

The "millions" he talks of are the hits he gets on his website. It makes not one iota of difference to any actual people to have to visit rense.com and henrymakow.com separately - This vicious spat is essentially about hyperlinks.

There is no basic human right to news and information - just an assumption by media people (and Rense is no journalist - just a narcissist in love with his own voice) that it is their job - and nobody else's - to provide it, and the fatuous belief that whatever they provide is good for us.

And for Rense, of all people to talk of "selecting and editing" would be hilarious if he was joking - but he apparently means it.

I should clarify what I just wrote. It does make a difference to Henry Makow, who lost a third of his website traffic due to Rense's hissy-fit.

So it is actually about money more than hyperlinks.

Makow put telling his readers the truth above protecting his income.

I don't take that much notice of Jeff Rense,Henry Makow, Alex Jones,ATS or any of those sites really.....I think they are also part of the good old freedom and democracy illusion.
Same with wikileaks - a lot of the 'top secret leaks'can be found on the internet anyway if you know where to look. I think Assange could be some kind of double agent.
And if wikileaks were 'real' there would be stuff about the 911 lies.
And Bradley Manning has been used as an example of what happens if you say too much though.

Makow had the immortal headline "David Icke & Alex Jones Fellate each other - Monopolists Hate Competition no matter the field" on his news links a couple of days ago.

Not only is it funny, but if you listen the actual interview with Icke, it is a tellingly accurate diagnosis of the state of things these days.

For those who use facebook, there is a lot more to be found on this topic at the page of "Tammy Ross".

Yes, it is a pseudonym - because as the most recent ex-wife of this psychopath, there has been a campaign to viciously slander her and destroy her anonymity - which, since she is a top-flight physicist inevitably means destroying her career.

There is growing support for this remarkable woman. But the vast majority of those who come across this issue are behaving completely illogically. They try to "split the difference", imagining that there is right and wrong "on both sides".

Or they take sides with Rense against the brave Henry Makow, without ever allowing for the possiblity that Rense is indeed a psychopath and that more and more ex-wives of his are corroborating "Megan"s original cry from the heart.

Rense destroyed her, without remorse, emotionally and financially.

His third ex-wife, Suezan Hill (another brave woman prepared even to use her real name) has told - again thanks to Makow - how Rense would stand over her FOR HOURS with his fist inches from her face, and how he pointed a 357 Magnum at her.

And this sick psychopathic ******* continues to host a radio show - his smooth voice and gentle, folksy, persona earning him a fortune while his sycofantic "friends" defraud the listeners further.

And I mean defraud. A show just recently with a "guest", Paul Drockton, was nothing more than an illegal promotion of Drockton's silver bullion business. Illegal, because Jeff Rense is given money by Drockton, which is not disclosed.

Why are no lawyers eyeing Jeff Rense for a complete takedown? There are multiple grounds for suing his ***, and on none of them does Rense have the slightest defense.

Unless he is expunged, in some way, from all respect and influence within the broad truth movement, nothing at all will change.

And the biggest loser in all this might be David Icke, who took sides with Rense, slandered Makow, and is helping to keep the issue from being discussed on forums in Britain and the US.

The alternative media is being lauded by its most succesful owners, solely because they are making more money than ever before, and in order to keep new voices out unless they become "friends", for which read "shills".

It is all so sick and disgusting. Where are the men - apart from Henry Makow - who are prepared to speak up about the horrors of psychopathic abuse of women by men?

Ashland, Oregon, where both Jeff Rense and his nemesis, the formerly anonymous 9th ex-wife, still live, is matched only by Sedona, Arizona, as a New Age hub - where spirituality and vegetarianism are widespread.

Despite their differences, this odd couple are as one in their enthusiasm for organic food and raw vegan cuisine.

So, I permitted myself a wry smile on reading of scientific research (http://spp.sagepub.com/content/early/2012/05/14/1948550612447114.abstract) which, when translated into a newspaper headline, becomes "Study: Organic Food Turns People Into Jerks".

It appears that exposure to organic foods correlates with higher levels of self-righteousness and judgmentalism.

For those who just have to know who the last (and perhaps even the next) Mrs Rense, really is, the long-running mystery can be solved by going to www.henrymakow.com, then clicking on "archives" and scrolling down about a third of the page to click on "The Jeff Rense File (February 25, 2012)", then scrolling down a third of the page again to click on "Megan Answers Rense-Drockton Smears by Revealing Real Name/Resume".

Most of the advertisers on rense.com make the Resnicks look like paragons of virtue - rather than the commercial opportunists that they really are.

The DOJ has spent a lot of time and effort going after the deceptive health benefit claims of a natural juice producer, but appears not to have noticed that alternative media websites and so-called "radio networks" were always dangerously dependent on deceptive advertisers, and have become increasingly so as the income from such quacks and charlatans has grown over the past decade.

Rense, in particular, is far better described as an aggregator of fraudulent and deceptive advertising revenue than as an aggregator of "alternative news", or, God forbid, "truth".

Yet, Rense - living in Ashland, the pot capital of the USA - (and David Icke in Britain, for that matter), refuses to endorse Marijuana's medical benefits, or defend the civil rights of its users.

This is the hypocrisy at the heart of the "truth movement".

There's a strong echo of the situation between Jeff Rense and his ex-wife in the relationship between David Icke and his ex-wife, Pamela.

It's a long interview, but pretty interesting.

The two women most certainly communicate with each other - while the two men schmooze regularly (Makow was only joking when he accused them of fellating each other!).

That said, there are also quite significant differences. Icke has given hundreds of public talks, and written numerous books, after leaving a real, and successful, career in British television.

Rense's so-called "career" in mainstream media seems to have been almost completely self-invented, and his journalistic skills are more those of an "alternative Terry Wogan" (the fatuous Irish chat show host with a familiar and "lovable" voice, who twice interviewed Icke on prime time British TV).

The differences between the two ex-wives are even more striking. Pamela Richards comes across as some kind of new-age dreamer, while Rense's 9th (I'm sorry, that should now read "7th") ex had a genuinely stellar academic career (go on, people - follow the links in the post above and at least give the girl some hits on her eponymous website).

Is it possible that the universe made a big mistake - and that Icke and Rense got their spouses mixed up?

If anybody knows why there is a "password protected" section entitled "For The Spanish Fork Police Department", please contribute.

All I can come up with is that Spanish Fork is in Utah, where Ms Kellogg's current bete noir, Paul Drockton, lives.

Drockton, as Ms Kellogg sees it, is keeping her and Jeff from the happiness she thinks "good Jeff" - the psychopath persona she is in "love" with and which occasionally declares that it "loves" her - deserves.

Part of another "deal" with Rense? Response to a threat from Paul Drockton? Or, perhaps, another "cunning plan" to mindfuck those who have taken an interest in her situation.
