Hi everyone! I'm looking for a hair dresser preferably in Delft where I'm living. I'm a blonde and need a cut/partial highlight and have been going crazy trying to find a good salon for blonde highlights at a reasonable price. Does anyone have any recommendations? The Hague is fine too. I was considering Toni & Guy but would love to find something a bit cheaper. Thanks!!
