We're leaving Belgium and we're looking for someone to take over the apartment from May 1st. Rent is 795+charges.
It's a bright, well located 2BR penthouse apt in a quiet cul de sac in Uccle. The neighborhood kids play outside in the street and gardens, and the neighbors are very nice.
The apartment is very well located - it's a 5 minute walk to Uccle-Stalle, from where the train takes 6 minutes to Gare du Midi (city center). Several trams, busses and the highway are very close by. There are plenty of large grocery stores nearby.
