I am offering pilates lessons in Amsterdam close to Leidseplein at Marius van Bouwdijk Bastiaansestraat 30. The classes are on Monday evenings at 18:45 , the level is beginner/intermediate. You do not need to have pilates experience, but if you do that's also great. In my classes I make sure to modify each exercise to suit every person's individual needs. The price is 12 euros per class, and 10 euros for a trial.
