Today my neighor from downfloar told me that it seems to be a water leak on the his roof which might come from me ( my bathroom looks fine )
I am not an expert and I dont want either he comes in my place either I go in his place.
Can you please advice me what is the legal way and how can I proceed ?
Personaly I think he should do a leak detection - is its that the case can you please let him know ( I could provide his full details )
Or he should contact his insurance ?
Any advice would be helpful
