My Fiance has come to visit me for a few months. The issue is it will be like five months and i think the rule is you can only come over for 3 months. I dont want to apply for a visa because we are going to get married this year and then my company will do the visa thing for her. Does anyone know where or for how long she needs to leave the country so she can get another 3 months?
I was thinking we would just pop out somewhere for a long weekend get the passport stamped and then we would be good for another couple months.
any ideas? or am I way off base?
