I am having a personality interview with a German company and I'd like to ask for your advice.
I come from a culture where interviewees are strongly recommended to start small talks, innitiate good conversations, have a good sense of humor, etc in order to make the interviewers feel comfortable. The point is to show the interviewees will fit in well with others in the company.
I wonder what it is like in Germany? Should I be funny or should I be formal? Should my answers be structured or spontaneous?
I know that I should be myself but knowing the culture will help me well prepare for the interview. So, I'd appreciate if you share with me what you know.
