Tree roots from the local Boules court have invaded the sewer line to our appartment. The entry point was an inspection joint outside the property just before it joins the main sewer line. I've got a bill for €950 to get it cleared, but it seems to me that the Marie should pay considering it was community trees from the Boules court outside our boundary that caused the problem. Everyone is passing the buck. Owner / Syndic / Marie. Has anyone had a similar experience ? Who should pay for this do you think ? Thanks.
