I mean, is there a website where I could find advertisements of the kind? I've asked to a couple a schools in the area and am waiting for an answer from a friend who said she would ask in her kid's school but I wonder if I could find some website to help. Would you know any?

Contact the local CVO and ask if any of their teachers offer private lessons to children. I am assuming however your children are either about to start Dutch language school or are at French school and want some catch-up in Dutch? Our local school has plenty of class teachers who offer French / Dutch lessons as an extra and they tend to charge 20 euro an hour. So you children's school is the obvious place to ask first.
