You could pay for a taxi? I'm sure your hotel could order one for you and then someone at BP could order one to return.
But if you want to go really cheaply, there is the local bus service, run by De Lijn. There is one bus which goes between Motel Claridge and the BP refinery, if google maps has the refinery address correct. It's the number 6 bus. Look on this map, it's the green and white line. The bus stop nearest to Motel Claridge is called PUNT KERK (that mean church so should find it next to the church!) and there's a Macdonalds between the bus stop and motel so you should be able to find it easily, nearest to BP is called AMOCO. Look at this map...

If you have a Belgian SIM, you could buy a gsm (mobile) single ticket for €1.45. Otherwise, you could pay on the bus for €2.
