Hi, my name is Charlie Hofstra, and I am a Master Student Business Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Currently I am writing my Master Thesis regarding the cultural background of expats, and if that background plays a significant part in their decision making process when choosing a job. I am doing this with a colleague of my; Farid Aboulasri.
This is improtant to know, because firms can adapt their approach to each expats group in order to attract them.
I have developed an online survey. This survey will take about 5 minutes to fill in completely.
I know that there are a lot of survey's out there, but mine will be of scientifically value due to the statistic relationship I want to prove. Also the expats community will benefit fromt his research.
