Hi all of you!
Whats the problem? The tax is the problem!(pretty sure that many of you think the same). To high and to many taxes in days of a BIG depression. I'm a person who thinks there's always a answer and I began to search for it. I run a small business and I'm my own chef. That's what I came up whit-company registration outside of Germany but still in Europe.
So that's my question-which country is best for such an action? Somewhere in Eastern Europe?(the new EU-members).
What do you think? Anyone ho done it before? Any other ideas?
Tank you up front!
Hi there,
I have heard that Bulgaria and Cypress are very good destinations for tax save - both have corporate tax of 10% (flat). However I believe Bulgaria is cheaper in terms of the accounting services which you would need in order of your business to function there. I have a friend who registered a company in Bulgaria for that reason and I believe he is saving some deal of money.
However you need to be very careful on this matter and I suggest you contact your lawyer before that
Best
