This depends on the kind of business you want to do and teh form of teh company. On one hand you can start with a limited liability GmBH which requires some investment and time on the other hand you can simply register as an individual or a partnership, where the formation is cheap and simple though the liability is on your personal self.
The key challenge is how the market/customers percieve you? 9and who are they in they first place)
I have found that having an individual or a partnership is sometimes looked upon suspiciously, especially when dealing with large well establsihed brands/companies.
In any case there is enough free information on the web to find out the pros and cons and the procedures of formation. eg: http://www.doingbusiness.org/ExploreTopics...px?economyid=75
All the best
