I have a package that I need to send to California, but this then needs to be sent to a central office in England.
To do this, I am told, I need to include an "International Mailing Coupon", so that the first recipient doesn't have to pay and can send it on from where they live to England.
Anyone familiar with this, and what the equivalent in Spain is?
