  Hi,
  
  Think I need some advise. My husband, teenagers and I moved to France a year ago. My husband is registered on the new auto entrupener scheme and siret registered. When we filled in the form for him to get registered we filled in the part 'personnes demandant a beneficier de l'assurance maladie du declarent' with myself and the kids listed as beneficiers.
  
  However, when my husbands cart vitale arrived, it clearly states that he is the only beneficier.
  
  What do i have to do to get the rest of us registered, or, we we automatically get something come through?
  
  The reason I ask is my son today has gained a mild sports injury at college and I have been told we have to take him to the doctors and get a certificate for the school saying what injury he incurred. Will he be covered on the carte vitale we have or not?

  i think first of all: if you go to a doctor, you'll have to pay and then go to the closest cpam , and ask them why you're not on your husband's card. ask them to fix this, either you can be on it or you'll have your own ( your children normally will be on yours) ...if it is a mistake you'll get your money back, if not,not.

  Don't worry ! You and your children are covered under your husband's "numéro de sécurité sociale".
  If you do not have a "carte vitale" you will be given a "feuille d'assurance" that you will have to send to your CPAM.
