  France is a country which propose lots of different study in English but mostly in French. So when you know how important the french language is in the country, is it relevant to look for a study in english? Is there other solutions or possibilities?

  Suspect it depends on what you want to study. But why would you come to study here if you cannot immerse yourself in the lanquage and culture?
  
  There are several Colleges and Universities (check this site and Fusac) that offer various specialties - many in management but France and Germany are no different that say the USA.

  there are international universities that teach entirely in english if you required that, but they tend to be quite expensive. most major cities appear to have them. however, regardless of whether or not you attend one of these universities, being able to communicate in french is absolutely necessary. for your own survival.

  completely agree, everything is possible if you are ready to pay. And yes, if you are going to any country you think of learning its language and start in advance!

  There are a lot of Colleges and Universities,which teach entirely in English.You could get them very easily,but you only need to find them online. canadian visa immigrating to canada
