  where do you live?
  If you live in Vlaanderen you can go to VDAB and ask, they have someone to deal with foreigners.

  I forgot to say, they have several services, you must go to the werkwinkel. I'm looking for a job and until now I found them very helpful.

  I've been looking and actually have gotten some great things going, sending out cv's and arranging things :-D
