  Im moving to amsterdam and wondering about any all in one options?
  cn anyone recommennd some good deals ?

  I use Ziggo and have found them to be good. But I couldn't tell you of any special deals just for Amsterdam.

  It depends where you live. If you go for your cable provider, there is generally only one company (UPC in Amsterdam).
  
  If you want to go the DSL route, you have many choices including KPN, Tele-2 and others.
  
  I have UPC and no problems. Others hate UPC.
  
  Looking for a good deal is relative to what you need. All of them have teaser rates that expire after a certain period of time, so watch out.
  
  For those who are going to chime in on how all these companies suck, well the level of competition for telecom and TV is pretty good in NL and the prices much less compared to the US for example.

  Just a head's up though...if you look beyond Ziggo or UPC, you give up BBC 1 and 2 (and 3 and 4 if you go digital).
