  I wonder if anyone can recomend a good hair dresser in Haarlem or Central Amsterdam for a decent price. Thank you in advance!

  I don't know about Haarlem but you could try Toni & Guy in Amsterdam (located in the Magna Plaza). Their prices are a little higher than some other salons but it's often worth paying little more here and going somewhere well known/established as if you refer to older threads you will see that there are many complaints about local hairdressers in various areas. Hope this is helpful - if you are interested you will be able to find opening hours/telephone number etc. from web information.
