Hi everyone,
I recently got a job offer. My employer is on the list of IND Highly Skilled Migrant program. My salary is more than EUR 37k/ year. I'm younger than 30.
I got a bachelor's degree in the Netherlands and I graduated 2 months ago. My student ID is still valid until Sep 2013. I believe it will be terminated soon since I disenroled in the school system already (or maybe it's already no longer valid).
I was planning to leave the country so I didn't apply for a zoekjaar permit yet because I didn't want to waste 600 EUR for nothing. Fortunately I found that job, my question is: do I need to apply for a zoekjaar ID? Or my employer can send request to IND to apply residence permit for me under Highly skilled migrant scheme?
Thank you!
