Generally, no. Most Dutch supermarkets use PIN, most have a PIN-kassa(s), using the Dutch debit card system. I can't imagine how anyone could survive long in this country without a PIN card.
Credit Cards are not common for small purchases/daily shopping (cash or PIN, I'm afraid), and they can be a real pain in the proverbial, as you have to produce your passport alongside it. Some will (I imagine in the more touristy areas) but it will be the exception rather than the rule. Credit cards are accepted in stores where major purchases are made (eg. furniture, electronics, etc)
There is http://webwinkel.ah.nl for online supermarket shopping, but shopping online in the Netherlands is usually via IDEAL. Once again, this is a purely Dutch arrangement for instant/online transaction clearing. You'll need a Dutch bank account and be set up for internet banking (and have a mobile phone). I haven't used this service so can't advise whether they accept a credit card or not: guess you'd have to try a test run on the website.
I suspect that at the moment, Albert Heijn is the only Dutch supermarket that offers home delivery. I could be wrong, but in a country where most people shop daily rather than weekly, home delivery's a relatively new concept here and I haven't seen vans from other supermarkets driving around.##
edit: This is taken from the website about payment (it's not good news)
You can use your debit card to pay at the door. You can not take credit cards or cash.
Mobile PIN is the default payment method at Albert. Your first order must always be paid by bank card. After that you can make a request to start paying by direct debit.

You can Albert authorize the amount of your order directly from your bank or giro account. Upon delivery of the groceries you need then only agree to the final amount by your signature. The amount is then a few days after delivery automatically debited from your account.
You can pay by direct debit requests only if the first order is paid via PIN.
