  Does anyone know where I can get bootcut size 50 jeans? I've always bought my jeans at Old Navy so I'm kind of at a loss here! Looks like H&M only goes up to 36 on they jeans. My American size is 20. Looks like everywhere caters to small people or older people. My favorite jeans just ripped :(

  I don't know where in the Netherlands you live. But the best place to start is check online with grote maten. I usually buy my "big girl" jeans from Ulla Popken. They have several stores in the Netherlands, but are a German brand. www.ullapopken.nl

  Also you can try M&S as well. Their stores go up to 52. Have fun shopping.

  Bieng 5''1", I hardly ever find jeans in The Netherlands. I usually order for Marks and Spencer or from the online catalogue LaRedoute.

  I am barely 5'2". What I tend to do is order the kort version or the 3/4 jeans for summer. I am a BBW. I wear around a 56 to 58 or 26 to 28 depending on the cut.

  Heidi, don't get to frustrated. But there are clothes here for us. Choices are getting better than 10 years ago. Some styles had me yelling, I am not my GRANDMOTHER!!!

  Thanks! I went to M&S mode and found jeans that fit great but are WAY too long. I am 5'8" and they were way long on me so I was surprised. I then popped into Ulla Popken and they were VERY helpful. Got one pair of jeans I liked. They were way expensive though. Found out Old Navy back in America was having a sale, ordered 3 pairs and had them shipped here for the same price as 2 jeans at Ulla Popken. But it is a great store and I will probably go back when I need to! Thanks so much for your help! Also, I went to the Mega Markt and found 5 pairs of jeans that fit me perfectly. They are by a brand called Fitt. I don't know where they come from, but I'm going to find out ;) !

  Great news Heidi. I do find the clothes here very expensive. I am glad you found something that fits. It feels great when you can. I need to check out Mega Markt. Thanks for the update.
