I recently apply for the zoekjaar, and I am still covered by my student insurance with IPS Lippmann. I consulted with them and told me that I could continue with it until I got a job (the same information is in nuffic so it should be OK). I received a letter from CVZ last month telling me I need to get Dutch health insurance (in a period of 3 months), but when I called then and explain my situation and told me to fill a form and send it to SVB, their answer is they will do an research telling me wheater or not I need to take dutch insurance.
I am aware I need to take basic Dutch health insurance once I got a job. And I believe SVB/CVZ will tell me to get Dutch health insurance, since I'm staying here more than a year. So my question is
Once I get Dutch insurance will the company make me pay retroactively for all the time without it? Can I prove I was insured with my student policy?
In adition when I did my internship I was deducted taxes but also pay a concept for insurance (ZVW - Zorgverzekeringswet) which I understand is dutch health insurance, so I complied with the law there.
