is it possible to stay(without PR) for the working partner of a kennismigrant in The Netherlands if KM works in another EU?
can anyone help me out?
If your partner is a KM worker .., that means he is a KM worker in The NL - period.
KM permits are issued for Tne NL which has nothing to do with the KM pernits (if this exists) in Belgium.
These are 2 different countries with their own rules about foriegners working in their countries.
So If your partner has a Dutch KM permit, he can apply to get a residence permit for you to live here only.
If he moves to Belgum, he has to get a KM permit to work in that country (or some sort of permit) and sponsor you for a permit to live there too. But, you cannot live here legally without the person that has sponsored you to live here. Noo.
I think you should be very clear about your right to live here .., when you partner (and the sponsor) for your residence permit .. is living in another country. D
IMO .... this means you are living here illegally.
Umm .. I am confised but bottom line. If your partner is working as a KM person and he has sponsored you to live here in The NL with him - fine, you can stay here.
But if he is living/working somewhere else now .. you cannot stay here on your own.
You have to live whereever he lives because he is your sponsor.
