At 30 myself, I am pretty much wrinkle free, and my dutch female colleagues are always making snide comments about it. Why I don;t know. If i went on a sunbed 2 times a week and roasted myself in the sun for 15 years, I'd look 10 years older then I should too. I don;t actually look remarkeably young for my age, they look remarkably old for theirs. Like chicken skin thats been over done in the oven ; )

i understand this also - ive met loads of woman who are around the same age as myself (37) and they look very wrinkled (esp) their faces & their skin looks like old leather & to be honest their tans dont look natural at all
i wouldnt say either im younger lookin for my age my attitude is that ill age gracefully - hahaha!!!
but i most certainly wouldnt subject my skin to unprotected sunshine or the dreadful sunbed
but it seems the sunbed is a part of the household furniture in most dutch womens homes
when i first met people here i was the butt of jokes amongst them as to how pale i was - i dont know how many times i had refused the use of their sunbeds -they couldnt accept my opinion on them
some people have told me i cheat having a tan (i use self tanning spray) but my reply to that is - you fake it too using a sunbed but unlike you i am in no danger of getting skin cancer nor looking like a dried up prune!!!!!!
