Unfortunatley, I can not afford to defend myself during an appeal, so probably (as my lawyer says) I'll loose an appeal, however I think many other foreign workers can look at their situation and consider whether it's worth 'going after', especially when their temporary contracts are not prolonged and they do not get the security provided by permanent contracts (when perhaps they should!).
That is really sad to hear, especially when 'money' triumphs over common sense
I hope that you find - somewhere - a lawyer to champion your cause. 3 years is a long time in someones life to be told that they still aren't worthy of some personal security - after all, they'd have sacked you by now if you couldn't perform your role to their expectations.
