Is anybody aware of the EU Blue card programme.? To add to this,
1. If a KM has started working in NL as Highly Skilled Migrant , should he apply for a Blue Card seperately . In general how will this work out to enable to apply for a Blue Card whilst working?
As far as I know (and I might be wrong), the Blue Card never happened - they aren not being issued.
Unless a lawyer contradicts me, you cannot live and work freely around Europe unless you are an EU citizen/have an EU passport (or a permanent residence permit in one EU country, for short periods of living/working in a different one).
If you wish to move to live in another EU country on a more permanent basis, you need to apply to have your Dutch residence permit transferred to a residence permit in your new country.
