Feeling stiff? Back pain? Tight chest?
In this 2-hour workshop you will learn how to use a tennis ball to release knots and places of tension all over the body. The technical term for this is myofascial release. The tennis ball has been heralded by many as the most time-honored and simple solution for chronic muscle aches and pains.
Included in the workshop are stretches and Pilates exercises to accompany the releases. Some of the benefits of myofascial release include decreased pain throughout the body, an improved immune system, improvement in blood circulation, and improved nerve function. You can expect to leave relaxed, refreshed, and released.
