An invitation to newcomers and experienced meditators for a deeper dive into one's inner being. This workshop consists of 4-5 different active meditations with insights into meditation techniques. This day, gives us an opportunity to treat ourselves lovingly.
The active meditative techniques devised by Osho for the modern man are meditations which have a stage with gentle or active movement and expression, followed by a period of silence.

9:00 - 10:00 - Breakfast & Rest
10:00 - 10:45 - Vipassana Meditation and Silent Sitting
11.00 - 12.00 - Dance Movement Meditation
12:15 - 13:15 - Lunch and Rest (Bring lunch to share if you like)
13:30 - 14:30 - Chakra Meditation
15:00 - 16:00 – Osho Kundalini Meditation
