Concert of choral sacred music from the XVth to the XXth century.
As a Royal and Religious Foundation the chapel sits physically and metaphorically at the centre of college life at Wellington. Similarly the Chapel Choir is at the heart of all that happens in chapel, providing music from the English Choral tradition at weekly services. The choir consists of approximately 30 students aged 13 to 18.
While the core repertoire is drawn from the rich variety of European Sacred Music, the chapel choir has also commissioned new works in recent years. In addition to its core duty to provide music at Wellington, the choir has broadcast on BBC Radio and given concerts in the Brandenburg Choral Festival in London.
