1 Double bedroom to rent with outsides windows from now and from the 1st of March. We are looking for a man and a working person preferably. You must be none smoker. Not for couple.
The flat is spacious, clean and well decorated. It has Internet wifi, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, chimney, balcony, all outside windows, lots of light and a storage room. It is in the most posh neighborhood of the town with garden, shops, supermarkets, post office, restaurants, cafes, bars; including "Bar Tomas" Barcelona’s most famous and typical tapas place at 5 min..
In the flat you have all the necessary to make yourself very comfortable during you stay: Open access to a fully furbished kitchen, big and sunny living room, double bed, bathroom with bath tub, washing machine, all around wifi.

You have to be none smoker, clean and tidy, respectful to other people space and needs. Be open minded, we have international atmosphere in the flat and we want to keep it this way. Vegetarian, yoguinis welcome.
We are easy going and quite people. At present in the flat, we are 1 girl from France, one from Spain, one from Portugal and one guy from Japan. We like to do sports, watch movies, read and study beside work. We are not keen on silly TV program and parties every week in the flat. We are all working people.
